Case Study 1

A residential development requires a marketing plan for its disposal, aimed at private individuals. We are able to advise upon and deliver the structure, styles and methods of a comprehensive marketing strategy for the development. Developing a brand and identity commensurate with the product and its target audience; designing and writing a successful brochure; organising advertising style, frequency and location; and reinforcing the products attractiveness through PR and promotion are generally the key elements in the effective exposure of a new development. Our relationship with PR and design agencies ensures the client can be given a distinct visual and perceptive edge in a competitive marketplace.

Case Study 2

A long established regional development and construction company wishes to offer its building and maintenance services to a wider audience. Collis Edison were instructed to deliver a campaign which generated business from property management companies and the general public. Firstly a clear range of services and objectives was determined. Secondly a new identity and brand was developed for the project and a new family of graphical literature was produced and a simple cost-effective website constructed. On the back of the new presence, two campaigns were devised and executed; one to the general public and one to companies whom may have the need for building and maintenance services. A brochure was written, designed, and distributed to targeted sectors from researched mailing lists and targeted household drops. Advertising was designed and placed, and a campaign was built around a birthday of the company offering an incentive for any referred job or contract in the form of vouchers. Additionally, further domain names were purchased and web referring relationships developed to increase business opportunities.
